Hi to all the Survivor Fans!

Hi everyone! I have a been a huge fan of Survivor since I was a kid. I grew up watching it every Thursday night with my mom and siblings and I absolutely adored it. The very first season I remember watching was Survivor: China. I can picture in my mind sitting in our basement tuning in and watching James, who I will never forget because as a child I was stunned people had jobs as gravediggers.

I was born in 1999 so obviously was not coherent to watch the first ever season but I have done my due diligence and watched almost all the early seasons. In 2018 in college, my roommate and I were obsessed with Survivor, specifically Jeff Probst. We would get wine and watch old seasons every night for hours on end and we really wanted to have a podcast about Survivor but I couldn't imagine anyone would care about what I had to say since I had never played. Nevertheless, I am starting a blog because I care what I have to say and after years of loving it and then it blowing up during the pandemic I realize I have a lot to say.

I'll be watching every season of Survivor and writing blog posts as I do. Feel free to join in on the conversation and sound off about your opinions since everyone has opinions about Survivor. I'm excited to have a creative output for my love of the game. I will have a ton of bias in the blog posts though because, of course, I am writing this with my opinion and point of view so you probably will disagree but I hope if anyone sees this that you enjoy watching and discussing. I think one thing we can agree on though is the earliest seasons are definitely the best.
